Replace [Hubbl account name] in the email subject with your Hubbl account name. Add either your Slack enterprise ID or Slack workspace ID to the email body. We respond within two business days.

The time the problem happened and any user-facing error message.

Do not send Slack messages, Hubbl credentials, access tokens or other secrets.
